"I understand how you feel, my payment plan changes every month as well. As you know, we do not determine, print, or set rates for anyone’s bill at the Rod Lizak Agency. We do not make any unrequested changes in our office. Bills do change based upon renewals, customer changes, discounts changing due to actions or non actions of the customer. State laws dictates how our corporate office reacts to those changes when information is provided or a customer doesn’t provide the correct information or doesn’t take action required by our corporate offices. We will be happy to contact you soon and try to explain in your case what could be causing our corporate office to change your bills every month.
