"I spoke with Sophia, who helped me pay my premium when the State Farm website would not even acknowledge that I had a policy with them for my home. "Want inconsistent bills every month? Want poor communication? This would be a great place for you! I have been a loyal member of State Farm for 6+ years and haven’t had a consistent bill from Rod yet, I would not recommend ANYONE getting insurance through here."

"I understand how you feel, my payment plan changes every month as well. As you know, we do not determine, print, or set rates for anyone’s bill at the Rod Lizak Agency. We do not make any unrequested changes in our office. Bills do change based upon renewals, customer changes, discounts changing due to actions or non actions of the customer. State laws dictates how our corporate office reacts to those changes when information is provided or a customer doesn’t provide the correct information or doesn’t take action required by our corporate offices. We will be happy to contact you soon and try to explain in your case what could be causing our corporate office to change your bills every month. We hope then you will understand how State Farm billing works a little better. Stay tuned. "
